Closure is a three-layer system: a medial side-entry zipper, a wide hook-and-loop strap, and Alpinestars' Lace-Lock polymer resin buckle that locks everything in place without pressure points. The evolved ankle brace system improves both impact protection and natural forward-backward articulation, so walking and riding feel less at odds. Compact TPU shin protection sits low enough to tuck under pants, and a lightweight rubber sole keeps grip on the pedal box without adding bulk. CE certified to EN 13634:2017.
