The Skin UH 03 are unisex armored base layer leggings meant to go under regular pants or jeans. They use power-stretch knitted Balistex fabric and hold a CE Level AA garment rating under EN 17092-3:2020, with Pando quoting a 46 meter slide in testing. SAS-TEC TripleFlex Level 1 knee and hip armor is included, and the knee pocket adjusts to two heights. The fabric is a thin knit, so treat these as protection rather than weather gear.
