Held's Grind X Base is a men's textile riding pant for summer sport riding, sold with D3O Diablo armor at the knees and hips. The shell is HEROS-TEC 600D fabric over a mesh lining, with stretch panels at the back, knees, crotch and calves, ankle zips and an anti-slip seat patch. It is certified to EN 17092-3:2020 class AA, and the knee and hip protectors are rated EN 1621-1:2012 level 2, with knee height adjustable through Held's HPA system. Sizes run S to 5XL, with stocky (K-M to K-3XL) and slim (L-M to L-XXL) cuts. The page lists no membrane and says the pant is not waterproof, so it is not rain gear.
